A really happy Friday everyone! Spring has almost sprung and I don’t know about you but I’m sooooo ready. Here in Milwaukee we’ve had a few 50 degree days sprinkled in with snow flurries and below freezing temps. It got so spring-like one weekend Chris and I decided it was time to conquer the age…
Um… well….hello, hello ?????? How embarrassing for me. It’s been sooooooo long without any recipes or posts. It’s been quite the insane last few months and in that time Chris and I have moved back to the states, bought of first house, taken on home renovations (way above our skill level) and most importantly I’ve been back in…
Spicy peanut noodle in 10 minutes and less than 10 ingredients. What?! Yes. You heard right, these spicy peanut noodles are my weekday life saver and I wanted to share them with all of you. I’ve been making the noodles forever and a day. Now, I have to confession… I lied in title of this…
Holy Bao Buns Batman! I’ve been wanting to try and make bao buns at home for awhile. After my great dumpling success I thought heck why not dive right in and make them sooner rather than later!
You guys… I have a confession. I’m totally addicted to dumplings. Yes, I am a dumpling addict. I love them every way steamed, boiled or fried. They are perfect bite size pouches of bursting flavor. I love them so much one time on a trip to Melbourne Australia Chris was working so I decided to check out a famous dumpling shop – alone. I was so overwhelmed with joy I ordered enough dumplings to feed a family of 3, went back to the hotel and ate all of them. No shame in my dumpling game.
Well hello there! It sure has been a long time since I posted a new recipe… 8 days.
I’m sorry for being so MIA. If you follow my social media you know Chris and I spent 5 days in Spain last week. Which was tons of fun and I’m completely tapas-ed out!
The day we flew back home I came down with a bad sinus infection – sadly this is something that’s pretty common for me. So long sad story short I’ve spent that last few days laying on the couch with hot compresses over my face ?. I am however, happy to report I feel much better today. Which means I’ve been in the kitchen experimenting. Hopefully I can make some interesting and tasty things to share with all of you!
